I rated this book 4/5 stars
I think this book really captured what a transgender person suffers from their process of exploring who they are and constantly fearful of who to trust and people´s various reactions. This book is a VERY IMPORTANT READ. I really liked Amanda and Grant´s relationship with how pure and sweet it was. My favourite part was the homecoming proposal, I just kept laughing at how sweet it was. This book is a quick read (I´m kind of loving quick read books aren´t I?) and perfect for people who want to invest more time in LGBT books (please recommend me some!!). Back to the story, Amanda didn´t deserve what happened. Grant didn´t deserve what happened. My heart sank for both of them. I HATED PARKER FROM THE BEGINNING AND THE SCENE AFTER THE TRUTH COMES OUT JUST MADE ME DESPISE HIM INFINITELY TIMES MORE!!!!! To end this off, I LOVED LOVED LOVED Amanda, Anna´s, Chloe´s and Layla´s friendship, and I loved them all individually also.
