Paperback vs Hardback

So we all know about this discussion. In my opinion I think hardcover´s are extremely beautiful but I do tend to collect more paperbacks. Today I am going to explore into the world of paperbacks and hardbacks by showing the pros and cons of each. I hope this helps you discover what you are fond of and what you prefer. Enjoy!

Pros

• less expensive

• not heavy/perfect for travelling

• more range of titles

Cons

• can get damaged easily

• pages can get torn and ripped easily

Hardbacks

Pros

• more durable

• great as a gift

• paged dont get ripped easily

Cons

• very heavy

• more expensive
  

To end this pros and cons list I think that paperbacks are better for new readers and for people who like to bring a book or two while travelling, whereas, I think that hardcovers are better for people who are collectors and want more resistable books. What are your preferences?
